38-year-old Tokoro (32-28-2) is a veteran of mixed martial arts in Japan and has been fighting professionally for over 15 years. Throughout his long career he has fought the likes of Royce Gracie, Royler Gracie, Caol Uno, Ivan Menjivar, Brad Pickett, Daiki Hata, Joachim Hansen, Imanari and Victor Henry among others. In his last outing he lost a close decision to Bellator bantamweight contender LC Davis in a potential FOTY contender.

26-year-old Kizaemon Saiga (2-0) made his MMA debut in October of 2014, beating 44-fight veteran Toshihiro Shimizu by decision. In February of this year he stopped Ryo Takagi in the first round. Both of his MMA bouts have taken place under the Pancrase banner. He also has a lengthy kickboxing resume, including bouts with the likes of HIROYA, who fights under K-1 rules for RIZIN on NYE.
