Fan favorite ‘Mitey’ Micah Brakefield will return to the cage for the first time in over two years at BFL 56. The 29-year-old will step back inside the Battlefield Fight League cage against American Hamza Salim.
Brakefield (6-7) was the former BFL amateur middleweight champion. The Titan MMA product has not been inside the BFL cage since 2015. He is currently riding a two-fight losing skid but is known to bring one of the most exciting styles to the cage. Over the past two years, Brakefield has been focusing on his grappling endeavours and has since earned his BJJ black belt.
