Lion Fight 45 is going down at the Fox Theatre at Foxwoods Resort and Casino in Ledyard, Connecticut. The international Muay Thai promotion returns to the east coast with a card featuring 9 fights in total. Two titles are on the line in the nights co-main and main event. First, the Lion Fight North American Super Cruiserweight title and lastly the Lion Fight World cruiserweight title.

Co-Main and Main Event
In the co-main event, Bostons own, Steve ‘Put em to Sleep’ Walker takes on William Sriyapai. Walker surrenders the experience to his short notice opponent, Sriyapai. The Boston fighter has a professional record of 4-0, while his opponent holds an impressive 83-12-2 record. The final fight of the evening features Calgary’s Mark MacKinnon taking on Plymouth, Massachusetts’ Chip Moraza-Pollard. Pollard holds an undefeated record of 7-0, while his Canadian opponent is 9-3.
New England is well represented across tonight’s Lion Fight 45 card. 13 New England fighters compete at the Fox Theatre in Foxwoods Resort and Casino. The preliminary card exclusively features New England fighters. 8 New Englanders face each other before the televised portion of the event.
