MMASucka staff picks will see a four events this weekend. Later tonight The Ultimate Fighter 28 Finale will take place tonight from the Pearl Theatre at Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada. Make sure to also check out our other staff picks this weekend for both Bellator 210 & Bellator 211.

THE FIGHTS

In the main event, top welterweight contenders Kamaru Usman and Rafael dos Anjos will battle it out for five, five minute rounds. Dos Anjos made the move to 170 pounds in 2017, going on an impressive 3-0 streak defeating the likes of Neil Magny and Robbie Lawler. In his last outing, he suffered a tight decision loss in a back-and-forth bout to current UFC interim welterweight champion holder Colby Covington. His opponent tonight, Usman, won season 21 of The Ultimate Fighter. Since then, he has went on a truly impressive run with eight straight victories inside the octagon. This year, Usman earned two dominant decision victories over Emil Meek and long-time veteran Demian Maia.

Our two fights featuring TUF finalists from this season also take place on the main card. Spain’s Juan Francisco Espino Dieppa will battle Arkansas’s Justin Frazier, while former Invicta fighters Macy Chiasson and Pannie Kianzad meet in the women’s featherweight division.

The WINNER of staff picks will have a chance to receive a custom-made championship belt from ProAmBelts following completion of the 2018 calendar year! The 2017 winner was awarded to Wesley Riddle, compiling a record of 118-74 for main card fights. Staff picks compose of both Bellator and UFC fights taken place on the main card.
