After five long years, Cage Warriors returned to Copenhagen for CW103. Nicolas Dalby claimed Cage Warriors gold back in 2014. Five years later, he would get a second chance to put a golden belt around his waist.
The Danish striking sensation delivered in the main event with a stunning fourth-round TKO victory over Alex Lahore. As a result, Dalby is now the interim welterweight champion.
Speaking after his win, Dalby claimed that he already has a date set to unify his belt with welterweight champion Ross Houston.

Title Unification
Dalby mentioned June 29th as a potential date. Dalby, a UFC veteran, had some strong words for the champ Houston. ”Ross, are you game? It doesn’t seem like it.”

Interim Featherweight Title
The co-main event was another interim title fight. Soren Bak (former CW lightweight champion) claimed a close majority decision win over Morgan Charriere. As a result, Bak is now the interim featherweight titleholder.
Bak is now the second double champ in the Cage Warriors promotion. The first man to ever do that was UFC fighter, Conor McGregor. It seems like it won’t take Bak to long to earn a move to the UFC.

Home Crowd-Pleasing card
A very special main card for the Danish crowd in Copenhagen. All four main card fights had a Danish fighter representing their country and they all had success.
Mark O. Madsen, a wrestling silver medalist, dominated his opponent Thibaud Larchet from the beginning till the end.

The first fight on the main card was won by Mads Burnell, a former UFC fighter with a record of 1-2 in the Octagon. The Danish Burnell is just 25 years of age with a scary ground game.
Burnell finished Ahmed Vila in the first round with a Japanese necktie after just 50 seconds. That’s 2-0 for Burnell since joining Cage Warriors in 2018.
