UFC on ESPN 4 Results

UFC heads to the AT&T Centre in San Antonio, Texas for UFC on ESPN 4. The main event features a welterweight fight between former lightweight champion Rafael dos Anjos and Leon Edwards. The co-main event will have two heavyweights step into the cage as Aleksei Oleinik fights Walt Harris. Other fighters such as Alexander HernandezAndrei Arlovski, and Greg Hardy are also fighting on the main card.

Co-Main Event

Russia’s Aleksei Oleinik will meet Walt Harris in the co-main event at UFC on ESPN 4. Harris is coming off a TKO victory over Sergey Spivak, he will want to keep this fight standing as Oleinik has had 45 out his 57 victories end by submission. Oleinik suffered a TKO loss in his last fight against Alistair Overeem but is always a dangerous threat if the fight turns into a grappling match.

Main Event

In the main event at UFC on ESPN 4, we see Leon Edwards try to get into the top 10 of the welterweight ranks take on #4 ranked welterweight Rafael dos Anjos. Edwards is currently on a 7 fight win streak, in fact, his last defeat came against current welterweight champion Kamaru Usman back in 2015. Edwards is coming off of a split decision victory over Gunnar Nelson in March and has been campaigning for a big fight ever since. Rafael dos Anjos is the former UFC lightweight champion who is coming off of an impressive submission victory against Kevin Lee and has lost only twice since moving up to welterweight.
