Bellator MMA has added 17-fight veteran, Jeremy Kennedy.
The British Columbia native has had stints in the UFC, Brave CF, PFL and was the Battlefield Fight League featherweight champion.
Kennedy’s manager Ali Abdelaziz posted the news on his official Instagram page, after MMA Junkie first reported it.
Bellator signs Jeremy Kennedy
Kennedy (15-2, 1NC) fought his last four outings under the Professional Fighters League banner. As a part of their 2019 featherweight tournament, the 28-year-old went 2-1, 1NC.
The Revolution Fight Team/Xtreme Couture product fought his early career on the regional scene, going 7-0. That earned him a UFC nod where he went 3-1, losing to only Alexander Volkanovski.
Following that blemish, which was the first of his career, Kennedy decided not to re-sign with the UFC and tested the waters overseas with Brave CF.
No debut date is set for Kennedy at this point.
