XFC 45 Results

Xtreme Fighting Championship is back after a nearly three-month break to deliver a fun card with a ton of potential headlined by a bout with a name fight fans should be familiar with at XFC 45!

XFC is doing another duel card tonight and on the XFC 45 card, we have veteran Guilherme Faria going up against the seasoned vet Daron Cruickshank.

Cruickshank makes his XFC debut at XFC 45 but he is known to fight fans for his tenure in the UFC and as a member of The Ultimate Fighter Live season with Urijah Faber and Dominick Cruz but he also has made stops in KOTC and most recently Rizin. Cruickshank is a tough and rigid fighter who can be a showman outside the cage but inside he is a fluid striker with a complete ground game to boot. He has 16 finishes in 23 wins but of his 13 losses he has been stopped 10 times so when he gets in the cage it’s the proverbial kill or be killed mentality for him.

His dance partner is fighting out of Sao Paulo, Brazil, and looking to get out of a slide that has him with one win in his last four bouts, that is Guilherme Faria. Faria is more comfortable standing up, which makes his fight with Cruickshank so much fun, but he isn’t afraid to go to the ground. His ground defense is lackluster at times because he has so much offense in his mind which leads him open to submissions so like his opponent they have that same mentality mentioned above.

The rest of the card at XFC 45 is filled with veterans and fighters making their pro debuts but it has another UFC veteran in Bobby Nash and a big heavyweight matchup in the co-main event as well.

Follow along with MMASucka as we provide you with XFC 45 Results throughout the card. Coverage begins on Fox Sports 2 at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT!
