The main event at BFL 69 features a battle between the BFL heavyweight champion Caio Machado and Lee Mein. Nic Ouellet will look to continue in the win column and try to stay undefeated when he takes on Mike McAloon. Former champion Leo Xavier returns to action for the first time since 2017, as he takes on Rafael Palmomeque.
