The MMASucka podcast is back with regular hosts Tim Wheaton and Frazer Krohn sitting down to discuss the UFC 277 card which went down this weekend from Dallas, Texas. A card with plenty of talking points post-fight, we’ve got you covered with all your post-fight needs! Find the full podcast below:
UFC 277
In the main event of UFC 277, Amanda Nunes dominated the defending champion, Julianna Pena to a one-sided unanimous decision victory. With the victory, she reclaimed the 135lbs belt and showed that she did enough to write the wrongs of their first fight. The crew discuss Nunes’ performance, her change in team and her frequent switching to the southpaw stance throughout the bout. They debate the scoring and go in-depth on what they think the UFC will do next with each woman.
They then go on to discuss the co-main event between Brandon Moreno and Kai Kara France for the interim flyweight title. On the night, Moreno finished Kara France via third-round TKO following a brutal liver kick. They aired their disappointment at the finish as the fight was just hotting up and go on to predict what will happen in the Moreno vs. Deiveson Figueiredo fourth fight as well as what happens with fellow UFC 277 winner, Alexandre Pantoja.
