ONE Championship
Back-to-back ONE Championship cards were the cards to keep an eye on this weekend. Taking place first, ONE 160 saw a headliner between Ok Rae Yoon and Christian Lee. Lee defeated OK by second-round knockout in brutal fashion.
The second card featured a number of blockbuster finishes, none more so than Demetrious Johnson‘s knockout of Adriano Moraes. The podcast crew discuss where DJ sits in the GOAT conversation, if he is underrated and how much disrespect he gets from the wider MMA community.
They also mention all of the other finishes on the card of which there were plenty of highlights.
The recent KSI boxing card on DAZN was also briefly discussed.
UFC Paris
Tim and Frazer go on to breakdown the upcoming UFC Paris card which goes down this weekend. It marks the first time that the promotion has entered France and will without doubt make history.
They highlight the fights to look out for on the card, why there isn’t more French talent on the card and go in-depth on both the co-main event and the main event. They also discuss the strange situation with Cedric Doumbe‘s contract.
