GLORY Rivals 2 will be headlined by a welterweight clash between Endy Semeleer and Shkodran Veseli. The event takes place today at De Meent in Alkmaar, Netherlands. 

The event will be the last stop on the road to the much-awaited GLORY Collision 4. It will be headlined by a trilogy fight between legendary kickboxers: Alistair Overeem and Badr Hari. It will take place on October 8th at GelreDome in Arnhem, Netherlands. 

Main Event Spotlight: Endy Semeleer vs. Shkodran Veseli

Semeleer is a former Enfusion welterweight champion. He has a solid, 31 – 1 Kickboxing record. His sole defeat came at Enfusion Live 79, where he lost to  Tayfun Özcan in a 72.5 kg title affair.

Veseli sports a 69 – 10 record. He won two of his three last fights. Most recently he was beaten by Marvin Monteiro at Enfusion 107. 

The Albanian fighter stepped in as a late replacement for Robin Ciric, who posted positive for COVID-19 on August 29th.

The Rest of the Card

GLORY Rivals 2 will also feature two other welterweights bouts. Jimmy van Kujieren will take on Franck Rubanguka and  Regilio van den Ent will square off against Jos van Belzen

In his previous fight, Ent scored an impressive KO win over Jon Johnson at the first Rivals event.

Meanwhile, Belzen is on a two-fight losing streak as he was defeated by Tony Jas and Jay Overmeer in the undercard of GLORY 76 and GLORY 80 respectively.

In the light heavyweight division, Ibrahim El Bouni will test himself against Badr Ferdaous

Both Clyde Brunswijk and Muhammed Bali will look to bounce back after suffering losses at GLORY Rivals 1
