ARES FC 9 Results

Frances’s leading MMA promotion ARES Fighting Championship returns to the French Capital of Paris for ARES FC 9.

The Main Event is between Damien Lapilus & Amin Ayoub and the winner will be the promotion’s first Lightweight Champion in a rematch from this past June at ARES FC 7.

Damien Lapilus has been red hot since fighting in his home country of France going 4-0 and 3-0 in ARES FC. Lapilus is coming off a victory over Amin Ayoub his opponent at ARES FC 9 back in June via a 2nd Round TKO due to a Doctor’s Stoppage. Lapilus wants to prove that his win just a few months ago wasn’t a fluke. Lapilus is a well-traveled fighter having fought in Germany, Canada and the UK, plus his brother Taylor Lapilus is the current ARES FC Bantamweight Champion so you know Damien would love to bring another belt home to the family.

Amin Ayoub gets a chance at redemption after losing in his first outing against Damien Lapilus in June. Ayoub though is a very skilled fighter who loves to showcase his submission game as 8 of his 16 wins have come way by submission. Ayoub like Lapilus has competed around the world and won titles in both BRAVE CF & UAE Warriors and the Frenchman would love nothing more than to add another title around his waist and become the first ARES FC Lightweight Champion.
