Arjan Bhullar vs. Anatoly Malykhin Rescheduled For ONE Fight Night 12

Arjan Bhullar and Anatoly Malykhin have a new date set. As first reported by MMAFighting.comONE Championship Chairman and CEO Chatri Sityodtong confirmed that the ONE Heavyweight World Championship would be unified at ONE Fight Night 12 on July 14. The heavyweight match will take place inside Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.

Bhullar vs Malykhin Moved to ONE Fight Night 12

The unification bout was originally scheduled for March but was taken off the lineup due to broadcaster commitments, according to the promotion. The rescheduled date will thrill audiences who have been waiting for this matchup. It has been a highly-anticipated bout since the emergence of Malykhin as a heavyweight hammer.

After Bhullar captured the ONE Heavyweight World Championship, he was on the sidelines. In his absence, Malykhin stormed into the title picture with crushing knockout after crushing knockout. His stunning run to the top also included becoming a two-weight champion by defeating ONE Light Heavyweight World Champion Reinier De Ridder by KO.

As he took the sport by storm, Malykhin routinely called out Bhullar. He would often call him a “chicken” and continue his verbal assault via social media. The match has been on his mind for a long time, and now Bhullar is finally ready to return and show the world he is the undisputed champion.

ONE Fight Night 12 will air live and free on Prime Video. All U.S. and Canadian Amazon Prime subscribers can watch for free on Friday, July 14. The event will begin at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT.
