On Saturday morning, EA Sports announced the upcoming iteration of their MMA series, which will be entitled EA Sports UFC 5 or EA UFC 5.

The announcement of the game was teased on Twitter Saturday morning, with news that the full reveal will be dropped in September 2023.

EA also opened up sign-ups for the game’s newsletter, which you can sign up for here.

No other news was released, just the tease of the full reveal. After September, we will be in full swing with likely a schedule of dates for announcements.

The previous iteration of the game, EA Sports UFC 4 was developed by EA Vancouver and published by Electronic Arts. It was the fourth installment in the EA Sports UFC series and was released on August 14, 2020, for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

What EA Sports UFC 4 Had

Gameplay in UFC 4 focuses on realistic mixed martial arts action, allowing players to engage in intense battles in the Octagon. The game features a variety of game modes, including a career mode, online multiplayer, quick fights, and various challenges. Here are some key features and details of the previous game:
