Paul, eager to get back on the winning side after losing for the first time in his young boxing career against Tommy Fury, enters the ring with a record of 6-1 with 4 knockouts.
Amongst those victories are the likes of former ONE Championship welterweight title holder Ben Askren, former UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva and two against former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley.
Known to fight aging former UFC stars, Paul has shown he carries power very well with four of his six wins coming by way of stoppage, but he now faces one of the toughest fighters in UFC history.
Nate Diaz will enter the boxing ring for the first time ever, debuting at the age of 38. Known for his wars, two against Conor McGregor and carrying wins against Anthony Pettis, Tony Ferguson and Donald Cerrone, Diaz proved throughout his career that he was willing to go to war as he will need every bit of that warrior spirit to edge Paul out, and maintain good counter punching the way Fury did.
Diaz will need to lean heavily on his fighting experience as Paul has proven to be successful against UFC fighters in the ring thus far, making it very likely Paul could walk out Dallas as the winner.
