Two thrilling World Championship matches have been added to ONE Championship’s Atlanta debut. The organization will arrive in Georgia on Friday, November 8, for ONE 169: Atlanta at the State Farm Arena. On Wednesday, the promotion revealed its first two matchups for the event.

At the top of the marquee will be the exciting arrivals of Anatoly Malykhin and “Reug Reug” Oumar Kane. The ONE Heavyweight, Light Heavyweight, and Middleweight World Champion will put his heavyweight strap on the line against Kane. The two hulking heavyweights have growing fanbases and get their first chance to shine in the United States with the gold up for grabs.

Double Title Tilt Thriller Set for ONE 169: Atlanta

Malykhin has firmly supplanted himself as one of the best talents in today’s game. He has not only won titles across three divisions, a first in the sport of MMA, but has also done so in a dominant fashion. However, heavyweight power can shift a match in one strike.

Kane proved his doubters wrong in his last outing by upsetting Marcus “Buchecha” Almeida. The Senegalese wrestling machine outlasted “Buchecha” in a tiring three-round war. Now, he stands 25 minutes away from his crowning achievement.

Tawanchai PK Saenchai and “Smokin” Jo Nattawut are not done with their rivalry yet. After two incredible battles, the trilogy will happen in Atlanta. Tawanchai may have won the prior meetings, but Nattawut gets this match on his home turf.

The first meeting saw Tawanchai edge Nattawut in a kickboxing match. At ONE 167, Tawanchai put the ONE Featherweight Muay Thai World Title on the line and got a narrow victory. However, both times left fans split down the middle as to who they thought won. At ONE 169: Atlanta, a final chapter will be written.

ONE 169: Atlanta already looks like one of fall’s biggest events. Fans can register for pre-sale tickets here, with tickets going on sale on Friday, July 5, at 10 a.m. ET/7 a.m. PT.
