3 Bouts To Watch At ONE Fight Night 30

ONE Fight Night 30 is headlined by two World Championship encounters on Friday, April 4. In the main event, Roman Kryklia defends the ONE Heavyweight Muay Thai World Title against Lyndon Knowles. In the co-main event, Alexis Nicolas attempts to recapture the ONE Lightweight Kickboxing World Championship in a trilogy against Regian Eersel.

There are other great matches on the docket at ONE Fight Night 30. When looking further down the card, there is ample reason to be excited about ONE Championship’s latest event in U.S. primetime. Here are three additional matches to make sure to watch this Friday night.

ONE Fight Night 30: Sitthichai vs. Nico Carrillo

Nico Carrillo was one win away from gold. However, the rise of Nabil Anane was completed with a thrashing of the Scotsman and left him reevaluating where he stood. “The King of the North” feels healthier and ready for new life in the featherweight division.

Sitthichai Sitsongpeenong has a long history of success but has found consistency hard to come by on the global stage. After splitting his last two bouts, which includes a win over the newly minted interim featherweight king Masaaki Noiri, the Thai star wants to stymie Carrillo’s entry into the division. This bout marks his chance to capitalize and get right into the title hunt.

This matchup could mark a true changing of the guard in Carrillo’s first featherweight contest. More importantly, the winner will have a lot of momentum for their next outing in this talent-rich division. Regardless of all the implications, the stylistic collision should give fans an exciting striking duel.

ONE Fight Night 30: Seksan vs. Asa Ten Pow

Asa Ten Pow has flirted with the top end of the division since arriving in ONE, but setbacks have plagued his chance to break through to the top end of the division. Against Seksan Or Kwanmuang, he gets another chance to shine. In a chase to leave his mark and elevate American Muay Thai, there is no better opponent.

Seksan is undoubtedly one of the most exciting strikers on the planet. After a brief setback in early 2024, he has posted back-to-back victories. Ousting Ten Pow will put Seksan right back into the mix at bantamweight.

This matchup is likely the favorite to steal the show. The all-action nature of both athletes should mean this ends before the bell. And even if it doesn’t, fans will get to see an all-out war for nine full minutes.

ONE Fight Night 30: Carlo Bumina-ang vs. Mauro Mastromarini

After a submission loss to Enkh-Orgil Baatarkhuu, Carlo Bumina-ang quickly got back in the win column at the outset of 2025 against Song Min Jong. At ONE Fight Night 30, he gets his next shot to build himself into a bantamweight contender. All he has to do is turn away the debuting Mauro Mastromarini.

Mastromarini is a skilled athlete with 14 finishes in his 17-win career. The well-rounded Argentinian can burst onto the global stage with a big win against a rising star in the promotion. It is a prime opportunity and one that he can end on the feet or the ground.

The opening contest of the night is a good shot for both men to make a statement. They get to set the tone for the night and make the first impression. Fans should expect a fast-paced battle between two possible future contenders.

ONE Fight Night 30 airs live on Prime Video on Friday, April 4. The action begins at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT. The event is free for all Amazon Prime subscribers based in the U.S. and Canada.
