The UFC will make their return to Indianapolis two years after their first showing. UFC on FX 5 is expected to take place on September 7 at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse, which was originally reported by IndyStar.com.
The last time the UFC was in Indianapolis was in September of 2010 for UFC 119. That event was headlined by Frank Mir and Mirko Cro Cop.
The organization has yet to announce any fights for the card, however tickets are expected to go on sale on July 20 for the September card.
