“It feels really good. One minute and five seconds is always a good time to win a fight. Everyone kept telling me I was going to get knocked out. I didn’t want to give him a chance to do what he does best. They way he was holding me I felt like I could get the armbar so I went for it.”

I felt great and I knew i was in great shape. I really believed i had the upper hand coming into this fight. I was able to get inside and give him a great body shot and take him down. The submission felt really loose and I wasn’t worried about it. Then the pain started to come and I had to tap.
