Rutten, Schiavello and Angle to commentate inaugural WSOF event

 

Nov. 3, the World Series of Fighting (WSOF) will broadcast its inaugural event live on the NBC Sports Network (formerly Versus)

The promotion confirmed today that former fighter and broadcasting legend Bas Rutten will join “The Voice” Michael Schiavello and 1996 Gold Medal Wrestler Kurt Angle on commentary for the promotion’s first event.

The event, scheduled to take place at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, will feature former WEC World Bantamweight Champion Miguel Torres in a headlining spot. He will be joined by Gesias “JZ” Cavalcante, Josh Burkman, John Gunderson and Bobby Lashley.
