LFA 166: Neto vs. Conrado Results

Legacy Fighting Alliance, one of the top regional MMA promotions. in the world, is set for another epic Brazilian showcase in Sao Paolo on Saturday night on the heels of UFC Fight Night: Gane vs. Spivak. The show will be headlined by Geraldo Neto and Magnus Conrado, who are set to do battle for the LFA welterweight championship.

LFA 166 will take place at Ginásio do Polvilho in Cajamar, Sao Paolo, Brazil. The show will air live on UFC Fight Pass, beginning at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT.

Vacant LFA Welterweight Championship — Neto vs. Conrado

The vacant belt will be up for grabs between Brazilian contenders Geraldo Neto and Magnus Conrado, two veterans of the regional circuit. Conrado has won his last two fights and is making his LFA debut in this bout, while Neto has won his last five. He made his LFA debut earlier this year, claiming a submission victory over Argemiro Delmandes. Both fighters are similarly experienced, though Neto will have the benefit of having competed in the LFA before. Conrado will be making his promotional debut after competing primarily on the Brazilian regional circuit as well as Russia.

The LFA has an excellent track record of testing Brazilian contenders en route to sending them to the UFC, and fight fans will soon find out if Neto or Conrado might be next in line to get a call to the big leagues.
