UFC 152: Jones vs. Belfort medical suspensions

The UFC 152 medical suspensions list was released today by the Ontario Athletic Commission.

There was plenty of blood this past weekend at UFC 152: Jones vs. Belfort. However, the most notable injury coming out of the card was Jon Jones’ elbow. During the main event Vitor Belfort slapped on a tight arm-bar which had the champ in trouble. According to Belfort, when he heard the arm pop, Jones was then able to escape.

That submission attempt has now left the champ sidelined indefinitely. Belfort was also suspended 30-days for the cut above his eye.

Other notable suspensions were Charles Oliveira (indefinite) and Roger Hollett (indefinite).
