UFC Fight Night: Allen vs Curtis 2 Results

Revenge or repeat? This is the story line tonight for the main event feature at the UFC APEX in Las Vegas.

UFC Vegas 90 Results

Top middleweights rematch after their first encounter nearly three years ago, which ended in a second-round TKO win for Curtis.

Allen dusted himself off and picked up six-straight wins since then in the Octagon and is now knocking on the door of the middleweight top 5. ‘All In’ was scheduled to meet perennial contender Marvin Vettori, but the Italian fighter withdrew from the bout less than a month out.

Curtis steps in on short-notice against Allen just like he did for their first fight in 2021. This time, the stakes are much higher for ‘The Action Man’ as Allen’s #6 ranking hangs in the balance. The #14 contender has went 3-2-1 since sparking Allen, with his last win coming over Marc-André Barriault at UFC 297

Also On The Card:

Former UFC Champion Germaine de Randamie makes her return after four years away. De Randamie goes up against Norma Dumont in a women’s bantamweight bout that could put either fighter closer to title contention, especially GDR, who has wins over Julianna Pena, Holly Holm and current champion Raquel Pennington. De Randamie vs. Dumont is on the prelims.

On the main card, knockout artists collide as Trevor Peek takes on Charlie Campbell in a lightweight matchup. Former Cage Warriors Champion Morgan Charriere makes his sequel appearance under the UFC banner against Chepe Mariscal as well.

The co-main event plays host to a grudge match of sorts as Damon Jackson battles Alexander Hernandez. Jackson looks to make Hernandez pay for not only missing weight for their matchup, but also for what ‘The Great Ape’ said about his friend Donald ‘Cowboy’ Cerrone years ago.
