UFC 307 Results

The month of October is here in the UFC. It’ll be a big one with two pay-per-view events, including tonight’s card from Delta Center in Salt Lake City, UFC 307.

All told, tonight’s event features 12 fights from MMA‘s top promotion inside the home of the NBA‘s Utah Jazz, beginning at 6:30 pm ET/ 3:30 pm PT on ESPN+ and UFC Fight Pass with early prelims. Late prelims follow on ESPNNEWS at 8 pm ET/ 5 pm PT before ending with the main card at 10 pm ET/ 7 pm PT on ESPN+ pay-per-view.

Main Event

There are two title fights happening this evening. At the top of the bill, the UFC Light Heavyweight Championship is at stake when current champion Alex Pereira (11-2 MMA, 8-2 UFC) takes on challenger and No. 8 contender Khalil Rountree Jr. (13-5, 1 NC MMA, 9-5, 1 NC UFC). This is a five-round fight at five minutes per round to close the show.

Co-Main Event

Immediately beforehand, the co-main event sees the UFC Women’s Bantamweight Championship up for grabs between titleholder Raquel Pennington (16-8 MMA, 13-5 UFC) and No. 1 contender Julianna Pena (10-5 MMA, 7-3 UFC). This, too, is a five-round fight at five minutes per round.

Also on the main card tonight, you’ll watch a bantamweight affair pitting No. 10 contender Jose Aldo (32-8 MMA, 14-7 UFC) against No. 11 contender Mario Bautista (14-2 MMA, 8-2 UFC), a middleweight contest between No. 10 contender Roman Dolidze (13-3 MMA, 7-3 UFC) and No. 15 welterweight contender Kevin Holland (26-11, 1 NC MMA, 13-8, 1 NC UFC), and a women’s bantamweight fixture versing No. 2 contender Ketlen Viera (14-3 MMA, 8-3 UFC) and No. 3 contender Kayla Harrison (17-1 MMA, 1-0 UFC).
