LFA 215 Results: Championship Doubleheader Caps Exciting Card Friday Night!

The LFA makes its grand return to the Golden State with a potential contender for regional card of the year with LFA 215: Miranda vs. Barzilay. Main card action can be seen on UFC Fight Pass at 10 pm ET/ 7 pm PT after the prelims at 7:30 pm ET/ 4:30 pm PT on YouTube.

LFA 215 Main Event: Miranda vs. Barzilay’

In the main event of LFA 215, “El Machete” Richie Miranda looks to notch his first title defense after a dominant win to earn the title over Richie Lewis at LFA 207 in April. On the other side of the cage, Israeli superstar Ilay Barzilay looks to continue his seven fight winning streak with a win over Miranda, with four of those wins coming by knockout. Barzilay looks to join former UFC veteran Natan Levy as the only former Israelis to enter the UFC.

LFA 215 Co-Main Event: Chapolin vs. Lopej

LFA Flyweight Champion Eduardo Chapolin looks to make his return to the LFA cage after an appearance on TUF 33 with Team Cormier. Chapolin looks to take on Devon Lopej, an 8-2 Canadian prospect that is looking to extend his LFA record to 4-0 in the LFA 215 co-main event.

Rest of the Card

Also on the card is potential 2025 LFA knockout of the year contender Erick Visconde as he takes on the #2 Lightweight in the country according to Tapology, Chris Mecate. Originally scheduled to be on LFA 213 back in July, this matchup has had even more time compared to usual to marinate for both camps.



Another bout also scheduled originally for LFA 213 is former title challenger Rafael Do Nascimento as he looks to take on Arnold Jimenez. A Bantamweight Champion at Lights Out XF, Jimenez and Do Nascimento will square off at 140 pounds for their bout on LFA 215.

LFA will look to return to the country of Brazil for its installment of LFA 216: Silva vs. Bertolso on September 5th in Cuiaba, Brazil. The main event will feature the return of LFA Strawweight Champion Larry Silva (7-1), as she will look to defend her strap against the surging prospect for LFA, Aieza Bertolso.
