DWCS 86 Results: Midweek Promotion Wraps Up Successful Season Tuesday

DWCS 86 is here. Tonight, the 10th and last installment of this ninth season of Contender Series emanates from the UFC Apex facility in Enterprise, NV.

Live coverage of tonight’s final episode of the season begins at 8 pm ET/ 5 pm PT on ESPN+ inside the United States only. Internationally, the event will be streamed via UFC Fight Pass. Tonight’s finale features a rarity, a sixth fight on the schedule as opposed to the customary five fights.

After a perfect weigh-in window on the scales yesterday morning, all six fights tonight will go ahead as planned. Who will impress UFC CEO Dana White enough to win a promotional contract at night’s end on DWCS 86?

DWCS 86 Main Event: Freddy Vidal vs. Levi Rodrigues

At the top of the bill on finale night is a light heavyweight encounter matching Freddy Vidal (4-0 MMA, 1-0 DWCS) against Levi Rodrigues (5-0 MMA) in the former’s second appearance this season. Someone’s 0 will need to disappear after tonight.

This evening’s main event on DWCS 86 will be an advertised maximum of three rounds at five minutes apiece to close out the season, just as all other fights this season have been.

DWCS 86 Co-Main Event: Juan Diaz vs. Kwon Won Il

Immediately beforehand, the co-main attraction of finale night takes place at bantamweight. Juan Diaz (14-1-1 MMA) meets former ONE Championship MMA Bantamweight (145 lbs) Champion Kwon Won Il (14-5 MMA.) Before tonight’s show takes place, our staff made their usual picks of the week for the show.

See if their selections match up with yours.
