UFC 324 Betting Tips & Predictions for an Exciting New Era

UFC 324 goes down this Saturday night and kicks off the new era for the UFC. Don’t worry, just because it’s no longer a PPV, it doesn’t mean that MMASucka won’t provide you with your UFC 324 betting tips! We broke down the whole card on the MMASucka podcast this week, which can be found here:

Headlining the first card of the Paramount Plus era will see Justin Gaethje and Paddy Pimblett compete for the interim lightweight title. Former bantamweight champion, Sean O’Malley will look to get back to winning ways as he takes on Song Yadong in the co-main event.

Rose Namajunas has a huge opportunity to jump up the divisional rankings when she takes on Natalia Silva.

The extremely active Waldo Cortes-Acosta will meet the former title challenger, Derrick Lewis and opening up the main card will see Brit, Arnold Allen return to face Brazilian fan favourite, Jean Silva.

The prelims are also stacked with plenty of talent littered throughout. Let’s take a look at where the money is to be made and where you should lean and give you some of our UFC 324 betting tips!

UFC 324 Betting Tips & Predictions

Paddy Pimblett to win outright (-230)

Paddy Pimblett improves fight on fight. There’s no denying it. No one was picking him against King Green, he finished him in the first round, few were picking him against Michael Chandler, again, a finish for the Brit. Few are likely to pick him against the much more experienced Gaethje, however, pick against him at your own peril.

UFC 324 Preview - Paddy Pimblett vs Justin Gaethje
December 23, 2023, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA: PADDY PIMBLETT 21-3-0 of Huyton, United Kingdom defeats TONY FERGUSON 26-10-0 of Oxnard, California by unanimous decision 30-27, 30-27, 30-27 during UFC 296 at T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas Las Vegas USA – ZUMAo117 20231223_zsp_o117_011 Copyright: xMikaelxOnax

Although the American is far more experienced than his opponent, boasting five title fights on his UFC record (including the BMF fights), he’s taken a lot of damage throughout his career. It’s what has made him a fan favourite, however, it isn’t a great attribute if he wants to continue to mix it with the best late on in his career.

Pimblett is younger, hungrier and although he has huge flaws in his game, he has enough to cause Gaethje a lot of issues both on the feet and on the ground.

Go with Pimblett for the first of our UFC 324 betting tips.

Arnold Allen to win via Unanimous Decision (+380)

Kicking off the first Paramount Plus era main card is Arnold Allen and Jean Silva. The two featherweights meet in a fan favourite clash which is sure to provide violence and have fans on the edge of their seats. Allen has been out of action for a year and a half, whereas Silva has been extremely active, which could play its part in this one.

April 14, 2023, Kansas City, MO, Missouri, USA: KANSAS Kansas City, MO, MISSOURI – APRIL 14: L-R Max Holloway and Arnold Allen step on the scales and face off at the ceremonial weigh ins ahead of their fight at UFC Fight Night Kansas City – Holloway vs Allen at T-Mobile Center on April 15th, 2023 in Kansas City, Missouri, United States. Silva thrives in chaos, wild exchanges and a stand-up war. He taunts opponents, fights with his hands low, hoping opponents will make mistakes and has a huge arsenal of strikes in which to land. Allen, however, is smart. He’s well-rounded, experienced and vitally, fresh.

Silva competed three times in 2025, including a main event knockout loss to Diego Lopes. As we saw with Merab Dvashvili, that takes its toll.

Expect the Brit to feed off the crowd, take Silva down and kickstart a big 2026 with a decision win. A outsider pick for our UFC 324 betting tips!

Ateba Gautier to win via Round 2 TKO/KO (+300)

Ateba Gautier is one of the hottest prospects we’ve seen in recent years and that’s why he features on our UFC 324 betting tips. He’s burst onto the scene with three first round knockouts in his freshman year in the UFC. At just 23 years old, he’s a dangerous prospect at 185lbs.

October 4, 2025, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA: ATEBA GAUTIER 9-1 of Yaounde, Cameroon defeats TRESTON VINES by TKO Strikes at 1:41 of Round 1 during UFC 320 at the T Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Las Vegas USA – ZUMAo117 20251004_zsp_o117_162 Copyright: xMikaelxOnax

His first-round knockout streak won’t continue in 2026, however. His UFC 324 opponent, Andrey Pulyaev, went the distance with Christian Leroy Duncan, a slick striker, so he knows how to handle himself. He won’t be able to negotiate more than five minutes, however. Gautier’s touch of death will catch up with Pulyaev in the second.

Other Bets to Watch

Charles Johnson outright (-186)
Johnson is a solid all-rounder. He’s coming off the back of a finish over hot prospect, Lone’er Kavanagh and expect him to keep that form against Alex Perez.

Sean O’Malley via finish (+295)
O’Malley needs a big performance if he’s to put his name back in the title picture. Look for him to push for the finish in this one. It’s one of the more risky of our UFC 324 betting tips, but no risk, no reward!

Modestas Bukauskas via knockout (+186)
Modestas Bukauskas is in a rich vein of form, finishing three of his last four. He’s taking on Nikita Krylov, who has been knocked out in his last two outings, both in the first round.
