Photo: Forrest Griffin shows off gruesome knee following surgery

Forrest Griffin was expected to return to action at UFC 155 on December 29 against Phil Davis, unfortunately that nasty injury bug hit and he was forced to withdraw from action.

He injured his knee during training and was forced to undergo surgery on it.

The surgery has come and gone and the former Light Heavyweight Champ took to his Twitter account to post a very gruesome picture.
