Francis Carmont calls out Mark Munoz and Yushin Okami

Francis Carmont (20-7) fought to a controversial split decision victory at UFC 154 against Tom Lawlor.

The Montreal based fighter is attempting to help UFC matchmaker Joe Silva out by calling out his next opponent. Carmont took to his official Facebook page and called out two top middleweight fighters.

“To start 2013, I’ll wish to make a good fight. Give me the opportunity to fight Munoz or Okami at UFC 158 in Montreal.”

The Tristar product is undefeated inside the Octagon with four straight wins against Chris Camozzi, Magnus Cedenblad, Karlos Vemola and the aforementioned Tom Lawlor.

UFC 158 goes down on March 16 from the Bell Center in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Headlining the event will be Georges St-Pierre putting his welterweight title on the line against Nick Diaz. A pair of welterweight battles will lead up to the main event, as Rory MacDonald looks to avenge his UFC 115 loss to Carlos Condit and Johny Hendricks will hope to keep his win streak alive against Jake Ellenberger.
