Demian Maia is known as one of the best submission artists in MMA, while Jon Fitch is known as one of the best wrestlers in the sport.
Maia completely man handled Fitch for the entire three rounds. Many called it Maia out-Fitch’ing Fitch. Not only was he able to control the superior wrestler, but he was able to take him down at will and control his back for the majority of the fight.
