Wanderlei Silva knocks Brian Stann out to win UFC on FUEL TV 8 main event

Fans are very excited for a slugfest as heavy strikers Wanderlei Silva and Brian Stann go to battle in the main event at UFC on FUEL TV 8.

Both men trade punches early in the fight. A low blow by Stann puts a hault in the fight midway through the first round. Silva has Stann’s nose bloody and he continued to throw the jabs to keep it that way. A flurry with one minute left had both men hit the mat. Stann is spewing blood inside Silva’s guard to end the round.

Stann’s nose is a bloody mess to start the second round. Silva continues to throw some great punching combos, with Stann looking to land the leg kicks. The ref gives Stann yet another warning due to an illegal low blow. Silva connected with nice right hand that was followed by a left hook that dropped Stann and finished him with some ground and pound.

The homecoming was a good one for “The Axe Murderer”
