Colarado-based welterweight Brandon “Rukus” Thatch has announced, via his Facebook page, that he has signed a multi-fight deal with the Ultimate Fighting Championship. The 9-1 Grudge Training Centre product is coming to the UFC on the heels of a 1st round submission victory over Mike Rhodes in the main event of March 22nd’s RFA 7 card. Other notable victories include a first round stoppage of Chidi Njokuani and a 15 second stoppage of Patrick Vallee.
