A lightweight affair between Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone and Edson Barboza has been added to Orlando’s UFC on FOX 11 event.

UFC officials announced the match-up on Monday.
Cerrone (22-6 1NC) has won back-to-back bonuses — at UFC 167 he won ‘Submission of the Night’ for his triangle choke of Evan Dunham and most recently ‘Knockout of the Night’ for his head-kick against Adriano Martins at UFC on FOX 10. “Cowboy” has made it clear that he would like to fight as many times as he can in 2014 and with this FOX 11 bout he will already be at two by the end of April.
Barboza (13-1) is riding a three-fight winning streak, with victories over Lucas Martins, Rafaello Oliveira and most recently Danny Castillo at UFC on FOX 9. The Castillo fight earned both fighters ‘Fight of the Night’ honors.
UFC on FOX 11 takes place on April 19 from the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida. The main event is a heavyweight tussle between Travis Browne and Fabricio Werdum.
