Ovince Saint-Preux vs. Rafael Cavalcante set for UFC Fight Night in Brazil

Ranked light heavyweights Ovince Saint Preux and Rafael Cavalcante are set to fight at UFC Fight Night Brazil later this year.

Both fighters are coming off losses to Ryan Bader, who beat “Feijao” at UFC 174 and then most recently defeated Saint Preux at UFC Fight Night 47 in the main event.  They are both looking to get back into the win column.  The matchup was announced by UFC officials on Wednesday.

Saint Preux was riding a 4 fight winning streak in the UFC including wins in 2014 over Nikita Krylov and former top 15 fighter Ryan Jimmo.

Cavalcante, on the other hand, hasn’t been as successful recently.  He’s 1-2 in the past 2 years, and has failed a drug test for steroids.

UFC Fight Night Brazil takes place on November 8 in Uberlandia, Brazil.  No other bouts have been announced for the card.
