Fivestar releases initial fight card for FFL 14

The organization released the initial fight card and there are three titles on the line and a lot of familiar faces.

Fivestar Fight League 14 will be headlined by hometown boy Duncan Wilson putting his welterweight title on the line against Aaron Shmyr. In the evening’s co-main event, two heavy hitters will square off, as Brendan Kornberger takes on Matt Baker for the Fivestar middleweight belt.

The four-fight professional main card will be rounded out by former middleweight champion Brad Stewart taking on Markhaile Wedderburn  and a bout featuring featherweight champ Shawn Albrecht.

A ton of local fighters will be featured on the amateur portion of the card, including Dylan Lielke fighting Laine Keyes for not only the featherweight title, but their unblemished records.

Fivestar Fight League 14 goes down on April 24, 2015 from the Fort St. John Curling Rink in Fort St. John, B.C.

Ticket information will be available in the coming weeks.
