A pivotal welterweight bout has been added to The Ultimate Fighter: Brazil 4 as Erick Silva is set to take on the veteran Rick Story later this summer.
Combate announced the bout on Wednesday, but no confirmation has come from the UFC at this time.
Erick Silva meets Rick Story in TUF: Brazil 4 main event
Story, after dropping a close loss to Kelvin Gastelum early last year, is now riding a two-fight winning streak. He rebounded with a submission over Leonardo Mafra at UFC Fight Night 45 last summer, and then picked up a surprising upset over the previously undefeated Gunnar Nelson.
Silva is riding his first two-fight winning streak in the promotion, with stoppage wins over Mike Rhodes and Josh Koscheck, both in Brazil. Prior to that, he suffered a loss to top welterweight Matt Brown.
The TUF: Brazil 4 takes place from Ginásio do Ibirapuera in Sao Paulo, Brazil on June 27.
