Women’s bantamweight fighters Sarah Moras and Jessica Andrade will do battle at UFC Fight Night 72.
UFC officials announced the match-up on Tuesday afternoon.
UFC Fight Night 72 adds Sarah Moras vs Jessica Andrade
Moras (4-1) is riding a two-fight winning streak, however hasn’t stepped inside the Octagon since July of 2014. After winning UFC debut at the TUF 19 Finale against Alexis Dufresne. The TUF 18 contestant will be looking for her second victory under the UFC banner.
Andrade (12-4) is coming off a first round submission loss to Marion Reneau at UFC Fight Night 61 in February. Prior to that loss, the Brazilian was three-fight winning streak. Andrade holds a 3-2 record inside the Octagon.
Moras vs. Andrade will likely take place on the UFC Fight Night 72 preliminary card.
UFC Fight Night 72 takes place live from the Valley View Casino Center in San Diego, CA on July 15 and will be headlined by a heavyweight match-up between Frank Mir and Todd Duffee.
