Chris Weidman vs Vitor Belfort UFC 187 highlights

At UFC 187, just a day short of a year from when they were initially scheduled to wage war for the UFC Middleweight Title, Chris Weidman defended his crown against the self-proclaimed “Young Dinosaur” Vitor Belfort. The two stepped into the cage at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, NV in what would turn out to be a rather short affair. While Belfort was able to get in a strong flurry after a Weidman slip, it wouldn’t last. “The Phenom” was taken down and then pounded out by “The All-American” in the first round, allowing Weidman to retain his 185 lbs. championship in emphatic fashion.
