Ronda Rousey set to defend against Holly Holm at UFC 195

Ronda Rousey’s next fight has been booked and it’s not against someone most people believed it would be. Holly Holm is set to challenge Ronda Rousey for the Women’s 145 lb strap at UFC 195 on January 2nd from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas Nevada.

The UFC tweeted shorty after Ronda broke the news herself on Good Morning America.

“Rowdy” Rousey recently defended her title against Brazillian contender, Bethe Correia at UFC 190 via KO and is undefeated in her mixed martial arts career at a standing of 12-0.

Holly Holm is also undefeated in her professional MMA career at 9-0. She is riding a two fight winning streak heading into her title opportunity with wins over Marion Reneau and Raquel Pennington.
