Ben Askren vs Luis Santos II headlines November ONE Championship event

Askren and Santos squared off for the first time at ONE Championship: Valor of Champions this past April. The bout ended due to an eye-poke in the first round, and was declared a no-contest.

In Askren’s (14-0, 1 NC) first ONE appearance, he stopped Bakhtiyar Abbasov in 2014. Four months later, he knocked out former champion Nobutatsu Suzuki to gain the 170-pound belt. Askren’s bout with Santos was his first title defense.

Santos (61-9-1, 1 NC) was riding a seven-fight winning streak prior to his last fight with ‘Funky’. He hasn’t lost since 2012, when he was stopped by Ryan Ford in Bellator MMA.

ONE Championship: Pride of Lions takes place live from Singapore on Nov. 13.
