UFC Heads To Japan On February 26th 2012

Last month the UFC made it’s return to Brazil for UFC 134. Yesterday via their twitter account they announced that they will make their long anticipated return Japan. The event is expected to be held at the Saitama Super Arena on February 26,2012.

Dan Herbertson, a Tokyo based journalist has let some information slip out as to what is going to happen with the event. A pretty cool thing for fans in North America is that the event will begin at 10am locally. Why is this cool? Because that means us North Americans will be able to watch the event at it’s regular start time.

The organization has not announced any fights as of yet, but look for a card stacked with local Japanese fighters, as we saw in Brazil for UFC 134.
