Pimblett vs Gaethje Prediction for UFC 324- AI Edition

Everyone is asking for a Pimblett vs Gaethje prediction, and we’ve got you.

All eyes will be on Las Vegas this weekend after what seems like an age since our last UFC event. Headlining the event will be Paddy Pimblett and Justin Gaethje for the interim lightweight title. It’s a salivating meeting between two top contenders, with the caveat of potentially meeting Ilia Topuria later in 2026.

We gave ChatGPT the prompt ‘Acting like an expert, give me a prediction for Paddy Pimblett vs Justin Gaethje at UFC 324’.

Here’s what it had to say…

Pimblett vs Gaethje Prediction – AI Edition

AI predicts that the most likely outcome is Paddy Pimblett by late stoppage or submission (Rounds 3-5). The reasoning behind this? Pimblett is the favourite and his grappling and versatile finishing threats could force Gaethje into high-risk situations. The Brit could score a stoppage if he’s to pressure Gaethje into a lazy scramble.

The Upset – Justin Gaethje by KO/TKO (Rounds 1-3)
Gaethje has legitimate one-punch knockout power. If he catches Pimblett, he could swing the momentum in his favour, especially if Pimblett decides to trade with him.

MMASucka’s UFC 324 Main Event Prediction

Now, I’m not Mystic Mac, but I’ll still throw my Pimblett vs Gaethje prediction in here. If you want a full breakdown of the fight, we broke it down on our YouTube channel, which can be found here:

Gaethje is the far more experienced man. He’s been in there with a who’s who of lightweight talent across his near 10 year UFC career and has seen the majority of them depart or retire from the sport. Eddie Alvarez, Dustin Poirier, James Vick, Donald Cerrone, Khabib Nurmagomedov and Tony Ferguson have all either retired or departed the UFC and Gaethje is still at the top of the division.

His leg kicks will work in this one. Pimblett stands very wide and isn’t light on his feet. If Gaethje times the kicks well, he’ll make Paddy suffer.

Pimblett, on the other hand, gets better fight after fight. After dismantling Michael Chandler last time out, The Baddy is going to be full of confidence and always brings a huge crowd wherever he goes. He thrives in chaotic exchanges, look at his finish of King Green and his brutal knee on Chandler… however, enter chaos against Gaethje at your own risk!

Lean towards Gaethje getting this one done. His experience should speak for itself. He’ll likely be able to out-point Pimblett on the feet and has good enough wrestling to keep his foe at bay. It’ll be competitive and don’t expect a shut out, however, expect the American to have his hand raised at the end of the night.
