Makhno lost to Yusuf Raisov in his last bout in July at AMC Fight Nights 103, but he managed to bounce back in front of his home audience in October by defeating Viktor Azatyan at AMC Fight Nights 105 by a Unanimous Decision. During the last year and a half, he fought six times and lost only once, to the aforementioned Raisov. An M-1 Challenge veteran, he will enter the AMC round cage in Minsk with a record of 26 wins and 9 loses.

For Kolodko, this fight has a special meaning as it will happen in his hometown. This will also be his comeback fight after two years’ hiatus, with his last fight taking place in September 2019, when he defeated Shun Yong. He has a 12 – 8 record.

In other notable fights, Fedor Emelianenko’s teammate Grigoriy Ponomarev will be looking to return to the win column after his September loss to Shamil Gaziev. He will face off against the Iranian kickboxer, Alireza Safara
