Anthony Perosh welcomes Ryan Jimmo to the UFC in Calgary

The rumor mill had been stirring with the possible light-heavyweight tilt between Anthony Perosh and UFC debutant Ryan Jimmo being in the works and now it’s set in stone.

Jimmo is a Canadian knockout-artist who has not tasted defeat since his MMA debut with a string of victories including three UFC veterans.

Perosh is one of Australia’s favorite fighters, the accomplished grappler joined the UFC in the organization’s debut in Australia soil and since returning to his natural weight he has won three-straight.

These two talented light-heavyweights will meet in Calgary at UFC 149. The UFC will invade the stampede city on July 21 and take place at the Scotiabank Saddledome.

No word as to where this fight will take place on the card.
