With no UFC this weekend, MMA fans are in for a definite treat with the Bellator 59 fight card. The card will feature two tournament finals, the first of which is the main event between Thiago Santos and Eric Prindle for the season five heavyweight final. The co-main event is the bantamweight finals between Alexis Vila and Eduardo Dantas. Rounding out the stacked main card are two former UFC fighters, Kurt Pellegrino will be taking on Patricky Pitbull and former TUF contestant Phillipe Nover will go toe-to-toe with Marcin Held.
The event will be live at the Caesars Atlantic City in Atlantic City, New Jersey and the main card will air live at 6pm PT/9pm ET on MTV2 in the US and The Score in Canada.
