Brian Stann injured and out of UFC on FOX 4 bout with Hector Lombard

The UFC injury bug isn’t stopping anytime soon and this time it’s affected the UFC on FOX 4 main event.

Brian Stann was expected to take on UFC’s newest middleweight and former Bellator Champion Hector Lombard. However, Stann has been forced to pull out of the fight due to an injury suffered in training. MMAJunkie.com broke the story on Wednesday morning.

There is no word as to whether Lombard will stay on the FOX card, however if he does, UFC matchmaker Joe Silva has his hands full.

This fight was expected to be Lombard’s UFC debut after defending his Bellator Middleweight title for the last few years. Lombard has not suffered a loss since 2006.

Keep it locked to MMASucka.com as more information is released on who Lombard’s opponent will be.
