After missing weight by 8 pounds for her scheduled bout against “The Hulk,” “The T-Rex” has been given a new fight in a new weight class against “The Killswitch” at tomorrow night’s Invicta FC 6.

Livia “The T-Rex” Von Plettenberg (1-1) is an Austrian fighter currently training out of Team Quest. She made her debut with Invicta FC at their 4th event, losing by decision to Scottish striking ace Joanne Calderwood. Will she be able to replenish herself enough to put on a good showing against her last-minute change of opponent?
Kathina “The Killswitch” Catron (3-2) is an Oklahoma-based fighter with a penchant for finishes, be they wins or losses. She made her debut for Invicta FC on their 5th card, losing by submission to Rose Namajunas via a highlight-reel flying armbar. Will the powerful puncher be able to fight “The T-Rex” to extinction?
Invicta FC 6 goes down July 13th at the Ameristar Casino Hotel in Kansas City, MO. The event is headlined by the promotion’s inaugural featherweight title bout between Marloes “Rumina” Coenen and Cristiane “Cyborg” Justino. Stay tuned to MMASucka.com for more on this and other upcoming events!
