As Battlefield Fight League 12 [Vancouver, B.C.; November 18, 2011] continues evolving into possibly the region’s most stacked amateur fight card to date, a fantastic featherweight scrap has just been added to the main card. It will be a showdown between long-time BFL standout Chris Day (7-4) and a current champion from another promotion in undefeated Emilio Ditrocchio (5-0).

Last night Battlefield Fight League came back to Vancouver to showcase their amateur talent at the historic Vogue Theater on Vancouver’s Granville strip. The promotion brought some interesting fights, new budding talents, and even a little controversy to make some interesting story lines for future events. Here are my best and worse of the evening.

Sorry it's late... again! I went from having absolutely nothing to write about, to having no time to write. I am now headlining the September 17th Battlefield show against Adam Santos for the heavyweight title....I weigh 195 pounds. Adam is a big guy at 6'6" 240lbs and a black belt in Morganti jiu jitsu. Apparently that makes him a fairly tough guy to find a fight for.
If you don't know the name Marcus Aurelio (not the former UFC fighter) you will soon. He is coming off of a very impressive victory this past Saturday evening at BFL 10 on Vernon, BC.
Battlefield Fight League put on their first ever show in Vernon, BC, this past Saturday, BFL:10 WAR. Featuring an undercard with one pro and two amateur bouts followed by a 7 pro fight main card, it was action packed from start to finish.
