It's funny, because when I'm driving to and from the gym I listen to country. Then when I get to the gym we listen to rock or hip hop. When we're hitting mits at night and Cain is in the room we listen to Mariachi or Mexican music.
On May 5th, Johny Hendricks (13-1) beat Josh Koscheck at UFC on FOX 3 and became one of the top guys in the UFC's welterweight division.
